Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using DelegateBase (the "Service") operated by DelegateBase ("We", "Us", or "Our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms then You may not access the Service.

You are responsible for the User Content that You submit. You represent and warrant that You have all necessary rights to submit that content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

The Service uses third-party providers including Google (for authentication) and OpenAI (for AI features). Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' respective terms of service.

DelegateBase uses artificial intelligence to generate country briefings, strategic recommendations, speech drafts, and other content. This AI-generated content is provided for educational and preparatory purposes only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or omissions.

You must independently verify all AI-generated content before relying on it. DelegateBase makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. Country positions, policy stances, and geopolitical data change frequently — always cross-reference with official sources, government statements, and up-to-date news.

DelegateBase shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from Your reliance on AI-generated content. Use of AI features is entirely at Your own risk.

9. Age Requirement

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. By using the Service, You represent that You are at least 18 years of age. If We become aware that a person under the age of 16 has provided Us with Personal Data, We will take steps to delete that information.
