The Service uses third-party providers including Google (for authentication) and OpenAI (for AI features). Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' respective terms of service.

DelegateBase does not warrant that the Service will function without interruption or errors, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
DelegateBase uses artificial intelligence to generate country briefings, strategic recommendations, speech drafts, and other content. This AI-generated content is provided for educational and preparatory purposes only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or omissions.
You must independently verify all AI-generated content before relying on it. DelegateBase makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. Country positions, policy stances, and geopolitical data change frequently — always cross-reference with official sources, government statements, and up-to-date news.
DelegateBase shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from Your reliance on AI-generated content. Use of AI features is entirely at Your own risk.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. By using the Service, You represent that You are at least 18 years of age. If We become aware that a person under the age of 16 has provided Us with Personal Data, We will take steps to delete that information.
We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your account, You may simply discontinue using the Service or contact Us to request account deletion.
